5. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Passenger Responsibility
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the booking amount. You can call us at +1-201-431-4320 or email: info@alarsignaturelimo.com. Passengers are requested to always get a cancellation email to avoid any late cancellation fees or charges.
  • Important: For Mini Coach, Motor Coach, Stretch Limos and Stretch SUVs: If you choose to cancel your reservation, we require that you do so at least 5 days in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full amount of your trip. Mercedes Sprinter need to cancel within 48 hours. While Sedan or SUVs you can cancel within 12 hours before the service.
  • No-Shows: If a passenger fails to show up at the designated time and location, the full fare will be charged. We offer 15-minute free waiting time other than airport pickups. After designated time, waiting time charges will apply.
  • Incorrect Information: Providing inaccurate or incomplete details may result in service delays or cancellations. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect passenger information.
  • Damage Liability: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles during the trip by themselves or members of their group. Repair costs and cleaning fees will be charged as necessary.
6. Airports Pick Up and Drop Off Instructions
  • Flight Tracking: ALAR Signature Limo tracks incoming flights to ensure timely pickups. We offer 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time for domestic flights and 1 hour for international flights after landing time.
  • Waiting Time Charges: Additional waiting time fees will apply based on the vehicle or service booked after the complimentary waiting period.
  • Curbside Pickup: Our chauffeurs will meet you at the curbside area for airport pickups unless otherwise specified.
  • Terminal Drop-Off: For airport drop-offs, the chauffeur will drop you off at your designated airport terminal.

Vehicle Luggage Capacity:

  • Sedans: Up to 3 passengers with 3 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
  • SUVs: Up to 6 passengers with 6 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
  • Sprinter Van: Mercedes Sprinter Van can carry 10–14 passengers and luggage.

Passengers exceeding the specified luggage limits may be required to book additional vehicles or services to accommodate their belongings.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
